The age only really matters on a female spouse when she gets too old for children, though you'll usually have the maximum number long before then unless you married her old. The age of your spouse should be shown below their character portrait in the character's profile screen, which I assume on console can be viewed by clicking on your character. You'll learn far more just by playing the game and asking for help than the tutorial will provide.
Note that based on the posts here, there are a lot of things missing or not working in the console UI right now, so there may be things you can't do until they fix those problems.Įven on PC, the tutorial is pretty minimal and doesn't give you much real information other than the very basics. Then you'll at least have a good idea about the mechanics and just need to find the buttons in the console UI.
I'd look into any of the YouTube tutorials, even if they aren't console specific as other than where some of the buttons are located in the UI, most of it will be the same. The CK series takes a lot of time to really understand fully as it is a pretty complicated and detailed game (at least until you understand it and then it doesn't really feel complicated anymore).
